Acceptable Use Policy

You may not

Commit or facilitate crime, including fraud, malware distribution, or unauthorized access to computer systems.
Use the API to scrape, replay, or exfiltrate content you do not have rights to access (authenticated apps, paywalled corpora you do not license, private files).
Probe our SSRF controls, scan internal networks, or target cloud metadata endpoints (we block this; attempting it is still abuse).
Submit child sexual abuse material or exploit anyone.
Bypass rate limits by minting keys at scale without permission.
Resell Prometheus Potential (or Distill / Memory) as a competing API without a written deal.
Interfere with other customers or the integrity of Cloudflare, Stripe, or model providers.

Honour robots and site terms of sources you distill when they apply to you.
Keep API keys secret and rotate them if leaked.
Use budget=deep only when you need it — be a good tenant of shared inference capacity.
