Billing and refunds

Prometheus Potential Pro is a digital SaaS hub subscription at USD $29 per month (Distill 5,000 fast units / UTC day + Memory beta on the same key), billed by Stripe. No physical goods are shipped. Distill overage rates ($0.01 fast / $0.03 deep) are published on Pricing; v1 enforces a soft cap (HTTP 429) instead of metered invoices. Memory is included in Pro, not sold as a separate SKU.

Cancellation

Cancel any time in the Stripe Customer Portal (Pro keys can call POST /v1/billing/portal). Access continues until the end of the paid period unless we terminate for AUP.

Refunds

Because this is an immediately available digital service, monthly fees are generally non-refundable once a period has started. If the API was unavailable for a material portion of your billing period due to our failure, email ruiz.jean.vincent@gmail.com and we will consider a pro-rata credit.

Nothing in this page limits rights you may have under Quebec consumer protection law if you qualify as a consumer. Business customers (typical API users) purchase Prometheus Potential for commercial use.

Taxes

Applicable GST/QST/HST or other taxes may be added by Stripe depending on configuration and your location. We do not invent tax registration numbers on this site.
