Controller

The privacy controller is Prometheus Potential, Quebec, Canada. Contact: ruiz.jean.vincent@gmail.com.

Information we process

Do not submit secrets, payment card data, or government ID through Distill or Memory. Prometheus Potential is not a consumer social network; we do not sell personal information.

Purposes

We process this information to provide the API, enforce limits and the AUP, secure the service, bill Pro plans, debug outages, and meet legal duties. Lawful bases under Quebec Law 25 and PIPEDA: performance of a contract, legitimate interests in security and abuse prevention, and consent where you email us.

Transfers outside Quebec

Infrastructure is provided by subprocessors listed on /subprocessors. Processing may occur in the United States and other regions on Cloudflare’s network. We assess that this is necessary to operate a globally routed edge API.

Retention

Your rights

Subject to Law 25 and PIPEDA, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information we hold, and you may withdraw consent for optional processing. Email ruiz.jean.vincent@gmail.com. You may complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Children

Prometheus Potential is a B2B developer service. It is not directed at children under 14 (Quebec) or 13.

Changes

We will update this page and the “Last updated” date when the policy changes in a material way.
